Why does it work?

Hypnotherapy works because it goes to the root of the problem – your subconscious mind. This is the part of you that holds all your deepest desires and thoughts, feelings and motivations locked in place. The subconscious mind is easily influenced and believes what you tell it – so every time you say ‘I’m so fat, I’m so stupid, I can’t do this’ and all the other harsh negative comments people say about themselves, it believes them. When you want to change that behaviour it feels conflicted and will often try to stop this feeling by reverting to your old routine and eating for comfort.

Through hypnotherapy and the use of NLP the subconscious mind can be re-educated to help you work towards your goal. Self sabotage stops and a natural desire to eat well develops.
